No, we have a wide varity of Furniture, Mattress products available for purchase, however, not all of those items can be placed online and some are only available in store. Please call 718-253-5833 if you are looking for a specific item. We may be able to help.

If I saw an item in the store but can't find it online, how do I place an order?

Do you offer delivery? If so, how much does it cost?

Yes! Furniture Center offers white glove delivery and setup in Brooklyn, New York, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Mount Vernon, Manhatten Beach, Flushing, Midwood, Canarsie and Flatbush. We are limited to a certain range and can only deliver to residents inside the state of New York. As for the cost, there is no flat rate for our delivery, cost can vary depending on your distance from the store.

How can I determine if Furniture Center NYC delivers to my area?

After adding all your items to your shopping cart, you can proceed to our checkout screen. There you can type in your zip code and your shipping options will show. If you are not in our local delivery range but are in New York, then we will contact you with your delivery price information by phone, before fully processing the order.

What can I expect prior to my delivery or service?

You will receive a phone call from one of our sales staff with order confirmation including delivery information, delivery prices (where applicable), sales tax and your order total.

When will my merchandise that I purchased online be delivered?

You will receive a call within 48 hours of your online purchase with confirmations and a estimated time of arrival.

What if I can't be home for my delivery during the scheduled time window?

If you cannot be home for the scheduled time then we ask that you call the delivery company and reschedule for a different day/time. Please try to give us as much notice as possible so that we can accommodate you.

Is there anything that I should do to get ready for the delivery team?

We ask that you clear the room of any old furnishing and clear any hallways of obstructions so that we have a clear path and area for the setup.

Does your delivery teams disassemble and remove old furniture?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer that service at this time. Any old furniture must be disposed of by the customer prior to the delivery.

Will the delivery team assemble my furniture and take away the packing material?

Full furniture and mattress assembly is part of our white glove delivery service. All packing materials will be removed and left outside for sanitation pickup.

Can I ask the delivery team to remove their footwear prior to entering my home?

The delivery teams footwear is required as protect against any accidental drops and for their own safety they will not remove them. However, customers can provide disposable foot wear to delivery team should they wish to.

Why do I have to pay for delivery when other retailers give free delivery?

As we all know, there are no free lunches. Our white glove delivery and setup services come at a cost, but just know that at the time of your order confirmation, a complete breakdown is provided by us for your review, with no hidden fees or charges.

What if I have an issue during or after my delivery?

Can I pick up my purchase if I don't want to have it delivered?

Yes, pickups are available for all Brooklyn, New York, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Mount Vernon, Manhatten Beach, Flushing, Midwood, Canarsie and Flatbush residents.

What do I need to bring to prepare to pick up my purchase?

We ask that you bring an appropriately sized vehicle for the order and a helper as well depending on purchase. If needed, you can contact the store for dimesions of your new furniture or mattress items to make sure it will fit properly.
